I’m Tracy, founder of Rhythms Body-Mind Wellbeing.
I believe that restoring connection to our natural rhythms is essential for living a life we love. I'm passionate about co-creating spaces that invite rest and gently guide us into deeper relationship with our bodies, inner wisdom, and nature.
My own journey in wellbeing began when my body asked me to slow down after years of prioritizing productivity over rest. That pause led me back to yoga and to explore somatics, sound, and the subtle body. Rhythms emerged from that journey and my devotion to share it forward.
