Every Sunday, I’ll share a simple practice—an invitation to pause, sit, and meet yourself with presence to see what’s really there and tend to what’s real.

It might be guided breathwork or Yoga Nidrā. A short meditation. Or a self-inquiry prompt to sit with for a while.

Some weeks it may feel grounding. Other weeks, not so much. The point isn’t to make discomfort disappear—it’s to grow the skill of staying with yourself and everything that’s alive within you, in spite of it. That’s why we practice.
